Etyeki Kúria White, 2023

The nose is intense, fresh and refreshing. The wildflowers are followed by the fruit, ripe pears, yellow apples and juicy peaches, with a hint of elderberry and sweet lemon candy. The palate is balanced, light but not lean. The drupes – white fleshed fruits – return, leaving a citrusy aftertaste. An excellent companion for the spring and summer months.

Selective harvest by variety, gentle pressing, then reductive fermentation at low temperature. The wine was left to mature and rest in stainless steel tank for three months.

As an aperitif, with entrée dips and creams, to accompany light salads.
