Vylyan Csóka, 2019

Csókaszőlő is a true rarity. The autochthonous variety was grown in Hungary before Kadarka and is now almost extinct. It was blended with Kadarka in order to give “colour” to the blend. This ancient variety is like nothing else. The unique characteristics are represented in this extremely warm vintage through dried fruit fruitiness and spicy notes. Medium-bodied wine, with harmonious acidity. Suitable for long ageing. Should be stored on its side, protected from direct sunlight, preferably at a steady temperature (around 13°C).
