It has a crystal clear, pale yellow colour. Its fresh, citrusy, fruity aroma makes it refreshing. The most intense fruit aromas are those of peach and lime. On the palate, there are also citrus and white-fleshed peach notes and, a little later, a hint of pear and light tropical notes. Its fresh acids make the finish lively, with a delicate saltiness.
