When the berries were concentrated, shrivelled and botrytised, they were harvested one by one in several sessions through the whole vineyard. The aszú berries were fermented in Furmint base wine for 16 hours. After the maceration, the wine was pressed slowly and gently.
The nose offers a cornucopia of dried fruit: dried pineapple, mango and ripe apricot. The palate is very refreshing, with fruitiness as the main characteristic, with ripe apricot, light spice and honey. Racy acidity keeps this fresh and lively in the lingering aftertaste. A truly elegant, persistent wine.
