In early November of the perfect vintage year of 2022, the grapes became overripe and slightly shrivelled, with a high sugar concentration and good acidity. Botrytis appeared at this time, causing a higher sugar level and changes in taste. The botrytis-affected grapes were macerated briefly before pressing.
Light straw-coloured. From the first sip, the cavalcade of ripe, sweet fruits is immediately apparent. A cornucopia of fruits presents itself, including pineapple, mango, ripe peach and apricot. Despite the high sugar content, it is an easy-drinking sweet wine.
