Oremus Mandolás Furmint, 2022

The botrytis-free grape clusters were harvested at the beginning of September. After multiple selections, the grapes were whole-cluster pressed gently. Only the free-run juice was used. Fermentation took place in Hungarian oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks, followed by six months of barrel aging. To ensure a rounded character even in its youth, the regular weekly bâtonnage was indispensable. Complex in aroma, full-bodied on the palate, mineral and lively in acidity, this is a wine that clearly expresses its terroir. Long ageing potential.
