The white counterpart of Egri Bikavér is Egri Csillag. This elegant, concentrated but not heavy white wine is made from a blend of white varieties typical of the Carpathian Basin and the wine region. It is a perfect gastro-wine and can be served with the classic Hungarian cuisine and vegetable dishes.
