In order to protect and safeguard data, the persons authorized to access them are appointed in different departments. There are no persons who have access to all data. The data stored in the separate databases may only be accessed by the appointed employees who have the task of analyzing the data in order to define the target group of the advertisement to be sent. A part from these, the contact data (e-mail address) selected based on\u00a0 the\u00a0 analysis\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 database\u00a0 according\u00a0 to\u00a0 name\u00a0 and\u00a0 the\u00a0 means\u00a0 of\u00a0 sending\u00a0 the advertisement are only accessed by persons who address the advertisements to be sent or establish contact with the addressees of the advertisement and staff dealing with complaints received from the recipients of the advertisements.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><b> What rights do I have related to my data? By this the data subjects express that they no longer want their data to be processed by Agr\u00e1rmarketing Centum. This, however, does not affect the legality of data processing conducted prior to such withdrawal. As a result of the withdrawal of consent, Agr\u00e1rmarketing Centum erases the personal data processed based on consent. In the absence of an exact requirement in the data subjects\u2019 request of what in particular they are interested in with regard to their data being processed, in addition to their data; we will provide information about the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">what data Agricultural Marketing Centre processes,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">where these were obtained from (source of the data),\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">why Agricultural Marketing Centre processes the data (purpose of data processing),\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the grounds entitling Agricultural Marketing Centre to process the data (the legal basis),\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from when until when Agricultural Marketing Centre processes the data (duration),\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">whether Agricultural Marketing Centre involves a data processor in processing the data,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">if a data processor is involved,\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">who it is (the name of the data processor),\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">what its address is (the address of the data processor),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">what it does with the data (its activity related to data processing),\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">whether Agricultural Marketing Centre has transferred the data to anyone and, if yes, to whom (recipient of data transfer)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">what rights the data subjects have in relation to processing their data<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">if Agricultural Marketing Centre processes the data subjects\u2019 data in a way that, based on their data, a consequence arises or a decision is made without human intervention that affects data subjects, a description of such an occurrence, the means by which it happened and its impact on data subjects<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">if Agricultural Marketing Centre transfers the data subjects\u2019 data outside the EGT member states (European Union member states and Norway, Lichtenstein and Iceland) or to an international organization, the guarantee of appropriate data processing in such cases.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In certain cases, such as the prevention of crime or for national security interests, Agricultural Marketing Centre must refuse to provide information based on the provisions of the law.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Request to rectify (change) data<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data subjects may request that their data be rectified. If the data subject\u2019s data that Agricultural Marketing Centre processes are erroneous or untrue, the data subject may request that they are changed for the correct, true data. The data subject must support the authenticity of the new data and verify that he or she is entitled to request the change. Only in this way can Agricultural Marketing Centre assess whether the new data are true and, if they are, whether the old data can be amended. If it is unclear whether the data processed are correct or accurate, Agricultural Marketing Centre will not rectify the data; only restrict them until the correctness of the data has been checked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Request to erase data<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data subjects may request that their data be erased. For data processing based on the data subject\u2019s consent, Agricultural Marketing Centre will regard a request for erasure as the withdrawal of consent and thus will erase the personal data. Data will not be erased if processing of the data is required\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take action requested by the data subject prior to entering into the contract,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for compliance with a legal obligation or the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2212to protect the vital interests of the data subject or others, or\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Agricultural Marketing Centre or a\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Third party.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With data processing based on consent, however, data will certainly be erased if the data of children are collected by Agricultural Marketing Centre in relation to online services offered to children. However, Agricultural Marketing Centre does not offer such a service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the data subject requested the erasure of his or her data from processing which is necessary for Agricultural Marketing Centre to perform a task in the public interest [General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1) (e)], or which is based on the legitimate interest of Agricultural Marketing Centre or a third party [General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(f)], Agricultural Marketing Centre will regard such a request for erasure as an objection to the processing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Request to restrict processing<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data subjects may request Agricultural Marketing Centre to restrict the processing of their data. In this case Agricultural Marketing Centre will not use the data subject\u2019s data, only store them. Agricultural Marketing Centre will restrict the processing of a data subject\u2019s data if the data subject<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contests the accuracy of the data processed by Agricultural Marketing Centre but the accuracy of the data subject\u2019s data still needs to be verified,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">opposes the erasure of the data by Agricultural Marketing Centre and ask for them to be kept,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">requests Agricultural Marketing Centre to keep his or her data in order to exercise a legal claim (e.g.to bring legal action) using them,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">objected to the processing of the data and it still needs to be examined whether the data subject\u2019s objection is well-grounded.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agricultural Marketing Centre will inform data subjects of the lifting of the restriction in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Objecting to data processing<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data subject may object to data processing related to him or her. If this objection is well-founded, i.e. there are no compelling reasons for the processing of the data, Agricultural Marketing Centre will stop processing the data and erase the data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data subject may object if data processing is necessary for Agricultural Marketing Centre to perform a task in the public interest [General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(e)], or is based on the legitimate interest of Agricultural Marketing Centre or a third party [General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(f)].<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In many cases, for instance when Agricultural Marketing Centre has recorded the data with the data subject\u2019s voluntary consent, the data subject\u2019s objection is really a request for deletion\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">expressed as an objection.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Request for human intervention in automated decision<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><b>making<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Data processing by automated decision-making is when an automated means reaches a result, based on available data, about the data subject without human intervention determining in any part in the process what will happen to the data subject based on that data. For example, in the event that a job application is assessed automatically based on the data subject\u2019s data and the data subject does not meet certain criteria specified in advance, a rejection message is sent automatically to the data subject.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this type of data processing, the data subject may request human intervention to review the decision where \u2013automated decision making is based on consent, or \u2212<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">this is necessary for concluding a contract with the data subject or for taking steps prior to entering into the contract (e.g. assessing a request to conclude a contract).If processing by automated decision<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-making is required by law, the data subject may not request human intervention.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Request for data portability<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data subject may request Agricultural Marketing Centre to issue in an electronic format the data given by the data subject to Agricultural Marketing Centre and processed in an IT system in order to be able to transfer them to another data controller.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><b> Where can I contact Agricultural Marketing Centre in order to enforce my rights?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Requests concerning personal data (withdrawal of consent, access (information), rectification, restriction (blocking), erasure, objection or data portability) may be submitted at any time using the contact details below:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by post: to the address of the Customer Service (1012 Budapest, Kuny Domokos u.13-15.),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by e-mail at <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">amc@amc.hu<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agricultural Marketing Centre must reply to the data subject\u2019s request without unjustified delay but within 1 month of the submission of the request at the latest.
